Midriff provides high quality, innovative, robust, on-time, efficient, flexible, tested, documented, and applicable service to its entire customer.

Access to this website is free to all Midriff customers. Additional support by email and phone is available with one of our Support Plans.

Plan Summary:

Support Plan 1:
Email will be answered within 24 hours.

Support Plan 2:
Unlimited email plus telephone support service. This plan entitles you to 24 calls per year. One of our support technicians will call you back within 2 hours.

Support Plan 3:
Unlimited email plus telephone support service. This plan entitles you to 48 calls per year. One of our support technicians will call you back within 1 hour.

The Support Hours timings are 9.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. This facility is available in Bombay only.
