1. All prices reflect a discount for cash purchases or pre-paid purchases and are not applicable to purchases made on normal credit terms.
2. Prices are listed in Sterling, USD and Euros. All payments and transactions shall be in one of these currencies.
3. Internet orders are placed through Midriff's online Purchasing system: shop@Midriff.net. Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card, American Express, Switch, or Delta. Orders are confirmed to you by email but your credit card information is not sent via email for security reasons.

When ordering online please ensure that you:
o Select the correct tax rate according to whether you live inside or outside the EU
o Select postage and packing charge (if applicable)
o Specify your email address and telephone number
o Specify the correct method of payment with a valid credit card number and the correct card expiry date

4. Purchases made on a valid quotation via Money Orders, Cheques, Wire Transfers, Direct Deposits, etc. are subject to 'Cash with Order'. Full details of product requirements, Company and contact details must be accompanied with the payment. If there is a requirement to make payment in a currency other than those specified, please confirm any surcharge on prices at the time of purchase.
5. All prices exclude local taxes, which are charged at the rate ruling at date of invoice (if local taxes are applicable).
6. Where the Customer requests Media on CD, despatch will be made within 24 hours of payment clearing with the bank excluding non-working days.
7. Invoices are available on request. Invoices are presented on the web and notified by email. Invoices may on request be sent to you by post.
8. Notification of any discrepancies must be received within 3 days of placing an order.
9. If any term or condition of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful or void then that term or condition shall be severed from these terms and conditions and will not affect the validity of the remaining terms and conditions.
10. All orders are subject to the acceptance of the Midriff Conditions of Sale, the Midriff End User license Agreement and where applicable the Midriff Standard Support Agreement.

Although Midriff uses reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of information, it does not warrant that it is free from errors or omissions. Any error or omission in quotations or orders shall be subject to correction without any liability incurred by Midriff. Products, specifications and prices are subject to change or cancellation without notice. All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days.
Midriff reserves the right to change these terms and condition of sale from time to time without prior notice.
